Mark Haake for Mason City Council. Welcome. My Background. Who Am I: I grew up in the Cincinnati suburbs and attended Colerain High School. When I was 18 I joined the US Air Force and spent 20 years on active duty. I’ve been married for 31 years to Nicole, an amazing, kind and generous person. We met while I was stationed at RAF Alconbury, England.
Council member Mark Haake was elected to Council on November 2, 2021. Mark holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Regis University in Computer Science. Mark also studied fuel technology at the Community College of the Air Force. Mark has been a resident of Mason for 21 years.
