Michael Paul Victorino (born August 24, 1952) is an American businessman and politician, who served as the eighth Mayor of the County of Maui. [2] In November 2017, he announced intentions to run for county council mayor, ultimately defeating Council Member Cochran.
Overview. The Administration Program within the Office of the Mayor establishes and directs basic management guidelines for all executive departments of the County and serves as a liaison between the County Council and executive departments and agencies.
