Dimensions in Time is a charity special crossover between the British science fiction television series Doctor Who and the soap opera EastEnders. The special was broadcast in two parts on 26 and 27 November 1993 and was filmed on location at Greenwich and the EastEnders Albert Square set.
Dimensions in Time was a two-part Doctor Who story broadcast in 1993 as a part of that year's Children in Need appeal. It featured Kate O'Mara's last televised performance as the First Rani, and served as a special celebrating the 30th anniversary of the series.
Doctor Who: Dimensions in Time: With Sophie Aldred, Tom Baker, Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant. The Rani hatches a scheme to trap the incarnations of the Doctor and their various companions in a 20-year time loop in Albert Square.

Doctor Who: Dimensions in Time. The Rani opens a hole in time and accesses the Doctor's timeline. She uses this to trap him in the East End of London, where the Doctor switches between his incarnations. The Doctors and their companions meet the cast of the "EastEnders".
30 nov 2013 · Dimensions In Time came about after the proper 30th Anniversary show “Lost In The Dark Dimension” (or The Dark Dimension) was aborted. This was seen as a replacement for the Doctor Who fans. It does include some memorable moments such as the 6th Doctor’s scene with the Brigadier.
In 1993, after the Fifth Doctor changed to the Third Doctor in the next time jump, with Liz Shaw, The Rani took control of Liz’s mind. As Mandy Salter tries to stop The Rani, Captain Mike Yates of UNIT comes in Bessie to savethe Third Doctor and get him to The Brigadier who is waiting for them.
