Hedi Schneider is Stuck, the second feature film by Sonja Heiss after Hotel Very Welcome, premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival, in the Forum section. This first-rate character comedy with a modern sense of humor was also praised for the performance of its leads.
Hedi, Uli and their son, Finn, have life sorted out. They take each day as it comes, all the while dreaming of the future. Then, suddenly: Hedi gets stuck. The lift shes travelling in breaks down and then her head does, too. All of a sudden, nothing is the same.
