29 ott 2015 · Musical auteur James Endeacott has worked with some of the finest rock ‘n’ roll bands of the last two decades, most famously A&Ring The Strokes and The Libertines at the height of their powers.
Formed in 2006, the label was founded by James Endeacott (formerly of Rough Trade Records), who first signed The Libertines. The label features bands who are primarily indie rock/pop, and are best known for signing Dundee based four-piece The View.
The Independent Echo asked James to put together the 15 songs which changed his life for our ‘My Life’s Playlist’ feature – which you can listen to below. But before that, he explains why he considers five of these songs extra special….
Loop were formed in 1986 by Robert Hampson (vocals, guitar), with his then-girlfriend Becky Stewart on drums. Stewart was later replaced by John Wills ( The Servants) and Glen Ray, with James Endeacott on guitar.
