Ira Gershwin (born Israel Gershovitz; December 6, 1896 – August 17, 1983) was an American lyricist who collaborated with his younger brother, composer George Gershwin, to create some of the most memorable songs in the English language of the 20th century.
Ira Gershwin, noto anche con lo pseudonimo di Arthur Francis, è stato un librettista e paroliere statunitense.
George and Ira Gershwin will always be remembered in history as the songwriting team whose voice was synonymous with the sounds and style of the Jazz Age.
History. Movements was formed in January 2015 by guitarist Brett Chiodo and Patrick Miranda and soon recruited drummer Spencer York, and bassist Austin Cressey. [3] [4] They self-released their first single, "Protection" on January 31, 2015 [5] and played their first show opening for Have Mercy in March 2015.
