篠田 正浩 （しのだ まさひろ、 1931年 3月9日 - ） は、 日本 の 映画監督 。 株式会社表現社代表取締役、 早稲田大学 特命教授 [1] 、 日本中国文化交流協会 代表理事、 城西国際大学 メディア学部客員教授 [2] 。 経歴. 1931年 3月9日 、 岐阜県 岐阜市 で生まれた [1] 。 岐阜県立加納高等学校 を卒業後、 早稲田大学第一文学部 に進学 [1] 。 卒業後、 松竹 に入社した [1] 。 1960年代 にかけて 大島渚 、 吉田喜重 とともに 松竹ヌーヴェルバーグ の旗手と呼ばれた [3] 。 早々に会社と衝突して独立した二人と異なり、松竹にしばらく残った後、 1966年 にフリーになる。 翌年に独立プロダクションの表現社を設立。

Silence (Japanese: 沈黙, Hepburn: Chinmoku) is a 1971 Japanese historical drama film directed by Masahiro Shinoda, based on the novel of the same name by Shūsaku Endō. It stars Tetsurō Tamba , Mako , Eiji Okada , and Shima Iwashita alongside English actors David Lampson and Don Kenny.
Masahiro Shinoda was born on 9 March 1931 in Gifu, Japan. He is a director and writer, known for Double Suicide (1969), Chinmoku (1971) and Ballad of Orin (1977). He has been married to Shima Iwashita since 1967. They have one child.
