1 giu 2009 · A questa bella e confortevole bara superlusso Beacons of Ancestorship prova a dire di no, dimostrandoci che quelli di TNT sanno ancora detonare (freddamente, ovvio) e la miccia gelida di Mc Entire 2009 è lo switch Lo-Fi con una produzione sporca, sporcata, mai definita e definitiva.

"Beacons Of Ancestorship" è il genere di disco che, oggi più che mai, ci fa adorare i Tortoise. Una celebrazione del mutamento. Non di quegli sconvolgimenti invadenti che entrano nelle viscere e le ribaltano, no: smottamenti superficiali, non meno radicali ma - diciamocelo - anche enormemente meno pretenziosi.
