Fade Away is the sixth extended play (EP) by American indie rock duo Best Coast. It was released on October 22, 2013, on frontwoman Bethany Cosentino's label Jewel City. Produced by Wally Gagel, the EP was recorded at Wax Ltd's studios, and was inspired by musical acts like Mazzy Star, Patsy Cline, and My Bloody Valentine.

1 ago 2019 · A nice 7 track EP that very much keeps with the sunshine pop Best Coast provided on their first two albums. Opening tracks "This Lonely Morning" and "I Wanna Know" are the strongest tracks on show here and would fit in on their excellent debut album.
Musically it’s very much as you were, country-tinged alt-rock, a little punkier in places, a little less scared of making a racket. ‘Who Have I Become’, Bethany’s asking in the song of the same name. By the next Best Coast album proper, it’s pretty clear she’ll have a much better idea.
