GENERAL DIMITRIOS CHOUPIS. Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff. General Dimitrios Choupis was born in 1965 at Nea Kerdyllia, Serres. He was admitted to the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon) in 1983 and graduated in 1987 as Signals Second Lieutenant.
