1 dic 2018 · St Peter's Boys School, Partick. Sadly his old school on Stewartville Street was damaged in a fire last April but it is still standing and has been converted into flats.
Stewartville Public School, latterly St Peter's Boys School Stewartville Street was built in the Renaissance style with rock-faced red sandstone. The façade features a series of Dutch gables which is a rather unusual feature for the conservatively minded school boards of the period.

23 giu 2020 · While there were certain boys and girls schools for example St. Peter’s Boys School, there was no rule in place meaning boys and girls had to be educated separately and most Glasgow schools admitted both boys and girls.
