  4. Bio. News. Lee SEUNG SIN is an international Japanese rugby player. He made his debut for Japan against Uruguay in June 2021 and started in both home tests against France the following month. Currently he plays at Kobelco Steelers at the fly-half position. Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Lee has been named in the training squad for Japan.
