Paul McGillion (born 5 January 1969) is a Scottish-Canadian actor, who has worked in television, film and theatre. He is best known for his role on the television series Stargate Atlantis as Dr. Carson Beckett.
Biografia. Nato a Paisley in Scozia come sesto di sette figli, all'età di 2 anni si trasferisce con la sua famiglia in Canada. Nel 1998 e 1999 ha insegnato presso la Vancouver Film School. Dal 2004 lavora nella serie di fantascienza Stargate Atlantis nel ruolo del medico scozzese Carson Beckett.
