    Minoru Inaba (稲葉 実, Inaba Minoru, born November 8, 1951) is a Japanese voice actor from Shizuoka Prefecture. He is affiliated with Ken Production. Inaba is best known for his roles in Disney productions (as Dale), Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (as Buzz Lightyear), and The Transformers (as Cyclonus and Razorclaw).
