David Humphrey Rivers Ker (/ k ɑːr /; born 11 October 1982) is a British actor, comedian, writer and football executive, who is a member of the sketch comedy troupe The Penny Dreadfuls.

In September 2020, Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds announced their intention to buy Wrexham. Then just five months later, Humphrey Ker was announced as Executive Director at the club.
