Lee Joon-gi (Korean: 이준기; born 17 April 1982) is a South Korean actor, singer, also a writer, dancer, and model. He rose to fame on his first leading role playing a clown in the critically acclaimed film The King and the Clown (2005) and gained further recognition in the romantic comedy My Girl (2005−06).

Biography. Lee Joon-Gi was born on April 17th, 1982 in Busan, South Korea. His immediate family consists of his parents and one younger sister. While growing up, Joon-Gi was a fairly normal kid who enjoyed sports & computers. He first became interested in the performing arts as a high school student after watching a play of “Hamlet.”
