Mitch Green, also known as "Blood," is a former American professional boxer who fought in the heavyweight division from 1980 to 2005. Throughout his career, Green amassed a record of 19 wins, 6 losses, 1 draw, and 1 no-contest, with 12 of his wins coming by way of knockout.
Mitch Green was a four time New York Daily News Golden Gloves champion. Green won the 1976 Novice Heavyweight Championship and the 1977, 1979 and 1980 Heavyweight Open Championships. Green defeated Anthony Zampelli to win the 1976 title. In 1977 Green defeated Guy Casale for the title.
