Rune Bratseth (født 19. mars 1961 i Trondheim) er norsk tidligere fotballspiller fra Nidarvoll i Trondheim. Han var sportsdirektør i Rosenborg fra 1995 til 2007, og satt i klubbens styre fra 2015 til 2022.
