26 giu 2021 · During the ceremony that preceded Boston's 5-3 win over the Yankees, Pedroia was surprised to learn that he will be part of the Red Sox Hall of Fame Class of 2022. Typically, a player has to be retired for five seasons before being eligible for that honor.
1 feb 2021 · Dustin Pedroia announced his retirement from Major League Baseball on Monday. The veteran second baseman played 14 major league seasons, all with the Red Sox. Injuries limited him to just nine games played over the last three seasons. He didn't play at all in 2020. Pedroia is one of the best Red Sox players of his generation.
