Devin Devorris Hester Sr. (born November 4, 1982) is an American former football wide receiver and return specialist who played in the National Football League (NFL). The only primary return specialist to be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, he is widely considered to be the greatest return specialist of all time.

Atlanta Falcons

Seattle Seahawks
Il 3 gennaio 2017, Hester firmò con i Seattle Seahawks per sostituire l'infortunato kick returner Tyler Lockett nei playoff. Con essi disputò le ultime due gare della carrieraː contro i Detroit Lions nel wild card round e contro i Falcons nel divisional round in cui ritornò cinque calci per 194 yard. Seattle fu eliminata da Atlanta ed Hester annunciò il proprio ritiro dal football professionistico al termine della gara.

Hester earned first-team All-Pro honors a third time with a 2010 season that saw him lead the NFL with 564 yards and three touchdowns on punt returns. For his career, Hester took 14 punts and five kickoffs to the end zone in 156 regular-season games.
9 feb 2024 · Devin Hester, who played for the Bears, Falcons and Seahawks, holds the NFL record for most punt return touchdowns (14) and combined kickoff and punt return touchdowns (19). He was a four-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2024.
