Thomas Patrick Loughran (November 29, 1902 – July 7, 1982) was an American professional boxer and the former World Light Heavyweight Champion. Statistical boxing website BoxRec lists Loughran as the #7 ranked light heavyweight of all time, while The Ring Magazine founder Nat Fleischer placed him at #4.

A "slashing bout" with "scarcely a dull moment". Loughran was down in the 6th and 8th rounds but "staged a comeback in the 9th and 10th and was shooting punches from every angle at the final bell". One judge voted for each fighter and the referee then called it a draw.

Loughran almost floored Greb with a wicked right in the 5th, but Greb fought back with a terrific flurry and kept Tommy from following up on his advantage. Loughran won the 6th and 8th rounds and the seventh was even.
