Viviane Asseyi joined West Ham United in August 2022, and has since become a vital part of Paul Konchesky team. Asseyi began her career at US Quevilly-Rouen Métropole in Normandy as a schoolgirl, before making the move to Rouen, where she scored 23 goals in 28 appearances as a 15-year-old.
