Russell Wilcox (born 25 March 1964) is an English former professional footballer and manager. He is currently manager of Gainsborough Trinity. Wilcox played as a defender between 1980 and 2003 and spent the final six years of his career with Scunthorpe United which is where he began working under Brian Laws.
Russ was a founder and CEO of E Ink, which commercialized electronic paper displays invented at MIT. The company reached $200 million in revenue and was acquired for half a billion dollars in 2009. He also started and led university spin-outs related to energy and drug discovery.
