Tsui has directed several influential Hong Kong films such as Zu Warriors from the Magic Mountain (1983), the Once Upon a Time in China film series (1991–1997) and The Blade (1995).
Hark Tsui is a Hong Kong film director, producer and writer, known for his innovative and influential wuxia films. He has won 33 awards and received 56 nominations, and is a judge for the 57th Cannes Film Festival.
