Steele's Law plot. John Steele works for the Chicago Police Department and is assigned to take out hit man Keno. This hit man has been hired by some wealthy oil barons to kill the Iraqi ambassador. Keno turns out to be an old acquaintance of Steele and he knows exactly how Keno works. The FBI sees Steele as the right person to catch Keno.
