Massey Sahib is a 1985 Hindi drama film directed by Pradip Krishen, starring Raghubir Yadav in the title role. It was Krishen's first film, and was an adaptation of Joyce Cary's 1939 novel Mister Johnson. It won Yadav two international acting awards.

In a small, tribal district town of Central India in 1929, Francis Massey is the 'English Type Babu' at the Deputy Commissioner's office. Massey believes that because he is Christian and can speak English, he is a cut above other Indians and not very different from the white sahibs he serves.
An adaptation of Joyce Cary’s 1939 novel Mister Johnson, this film is a nuanced critique of British colonialism in India. Massey Sahib incisively portrays the insidious ways in which a coloniser controls a region by manipulating and inducing infighting amongst the natives.
