Going Postal. Moist von Lipwig is a con man and a charlatan. From confidence tricks to financial fraud, von Lipwig revels in hoodwinking, fleecing and otherwise ripping off the citizens of Ankh-Morpork.
It all takes place in Ankh-Morpork, a powerful city-state based on the historical yet modern settings of New York City and London. Moist von Lipwig is the protagonist of the story. He is a skilled con artist who was going to be hanged for his crimes but IS saved at the last moment by Patrician Havelock Vetinari.
