Flame of the Islands plot. In the Bahamas, the singer Rosalind Dee prefers to perform for the rich and go in rich circles. In order to achieve this, she must find black money. Rosalind therefore forms a partnership with criminal gambling club owners Wade Evans and Cyril Mace.
