Mushishi (蟲師?), conosciuto a livello internazionale anche come Bugmaster, è un film del 2006 diretto da Katsuhiro Ōtomo e interpretato tra gli altri da Yū Aoi. Il film è il live action della serie omonima di manga e anime firmati Yuki Urushibara.
Trama. Mushishi è costituito da episodi auto-conclusivi in cui di volta in volta il protagonista, il misterioso Ginko, entra in contatto con un diverso caso che coinvolge i Mushi, strane creature che racchiudono in sé la vita. Non proprio insetti o animali, ma comunque esseri viventi. Né buoni né cattivi.
