Karl-August Fagerholm (Siuntio, 31 dicembre 1901 – Helsinki, 22 maggio 1984) è stato un politico finlandese, presidente del Parlamento e tre volte primo ministro della Finlandia: dal 1948 al 1950, dal 1956 al 1957, e nel 1958.

Karl-August Fagerholm (31. joulukuuta 1901 Siuntio – 22. toukokuuta 1984 Helsinki) oli suomen-ruotsalainen poliitikko ja valtioneuvos. Hän oli SDP:n kansanedustaja 1930–1966, moninkertainen eduskunnan puhemies, pitkäaikainen sosiaaliministeri sekä Suomen pääministeri kolmesti vuosina 1948–1950, 1956–1957 ja 1958–1959.
Sindacalista, dal 1930 esponente del partito socialdemocratico e deputato al parlamento, dal 1937 al 1943 fu ministro dell'Assistenza sociale. Leader del Partito socialdemocratico (1946), nel luglio 1948 costituì un governo di minoranza con elementi del suo partito, che durò fino al marzo 1950.
