John Allsebrook Simon I visconte di Simon (Manchester, 28 febbraio 1873 – Londra, 11 gennaio 1954) è stato un politico britannico. Fu eletto ai Comuni nel 1906 come deputato del Partito Liberale nel collegio di Walthamstow.

SIMON, sir John Allsebrook. Uomo politico britannico, nato a Bath il 28 febbraio 1873. Fu educato a Fettes College (Edimburgo) e Wadham College (Oxford) ed eletto fellow di All Souls (Oxford). Divenuto avvocato nel 1899, fece rapida carriera legale, e nel 1906 fu eletto deputato liberale.

Eletto alla Camera dei Comuni nel 1906 per i liberali, fu ministro degli Interni nel secondo gabinetto Asquith (1915-16), dal quale diede le dimissioni non essendo d'accordo sulla coscrizione militare obbligatoria.
Uomo politico (Bath 1873 - Londra 1954); deputato liberale (1906), attorney general nel ministero Asquith (1913). Neutralista, rimase tuttavia nel ministero, divenendo con la coalizione (1915-16) ministro degli Interni.
