Francis George Godolphin D'Arcy D'Arcy-Osborne, 7th Duke of Leeds (21 May 1798 – 4 May 1859), styled Earl of Danby from birth until 1799 and Marquess of Carmarthen from 1799 until 1838, was a British peer and politician.

Francis D'Arcy-Osborne, 7th Duke of Leeds, 7th Baron Osborne, 14th Baron Darcy de Knayth and 11th Baron Conyers (1798–1859) Summoned to Parliament in 1838 in his father's Barony of Osborne. On his death he was succeeded in the Baronies of Conyers and Darcy de Knayth by his nephew, Sackville George Lane-Fox.
