Field Marshal Henry Seymour Conway (1721 – 9 July 1795) was a British general and statesman. A brother of the 1st Marquess of Hertford, and cousin of Horace Walpole, he began his military career in the War of the Austrian Succession.

Conway, Henry Seymour (1719–95), soldier and politician, second son of Francis Seymour Conway (Baron Conway and Killultagh, Co. Antrim) and Charlotte Conway (née Shorter), was baptised 12 August 1719 at Ragley, Warwickshire, and educated at Eton.
Field-Marshal Henry Seymour Conway was second son of Francis Seymour, first Lord Conway, by his third wife, Charlotte the daughter of Sir John Shorter, Lord Mayor of London, and sister of Catherine, wife of Sir Robert Walpole, Earl of Oxford.
