Reginald Edward Manningham-Buller, 1st Viscount Dilhorne, PC (1 August 1905 – 7 September 1980), known as Sir Reginald Manningham-Buller, Bt, from 1954 to 1962 and as The Lord Dilhorne from 1962 to 1964, was an English lawyer and Conservative politician. He served as Lord Chancellor from 1962 to 1964.

Born in Buckinghamshire, he was the only son of Sir Mervyn Manningham-Buller and was educated at Eton College and Magdalen College, Oxford.
Viscount Dilhorne, of Greens Norton in the County of Northampton, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 7 December 1964 for the lawyer, Conservative politician and former Lord Chancellor, Reginald Manningham-Buller, 1st Baron Dilhorne.
