Hans Modrow (Pölitz, 27 gennaio 1928 – Berlino, 11 febbraio 2023) è stato un politico tedesco. È stato un membro del Partito Socialista Unificato di Germania (SED) e penultimo presidente del Consiglio dei ministri della Repubblica Democratica Tedesca, in carica dal 13 novembre 1989 al 12 aprile 1990.
Hans Modrow ( IPA: [ ˈmo:dro: ]; * 27. Januar 1928 in Jasenitz, Kreis Randow, Provinz Pommern; † 10. Februar 2023 in Berlin) war ein deutscher Politiker. Er war Erster Sekretär der Bezirksleitung der Sozialistischen Einheitspartei Deutschlands im Bezirk Dresden und Mitglied des Politbüros.
