Chung Un-chan (Korean: 정운찬; born March 21, 1947 in Gongju, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea) is a South Korean politician who was the Prime Minister of South Korea (2009–2010).
Un Chan Chung was Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea from 2009-10. From 2002 to 2006, he served as the President of Seoul National University, where he was Professor of Economics from 1978 to 2009, until he was appointed the Prime Minister.
