Lyudmila Borisovna Narusova (Russian: Людмила Борисовна Нарусова; born 2 May 1951) is a Russian politician, a member of the Federation Council of Russia, representing Tuva. From 2010 to 2012, she represented Bryansk Oblast in the Federation Council of Russia.

Ljudmila Borisovna Narusovová (* 2. května 1951, Brjansk, Sovětský svaz) je ruská politička. Život. V roce 1980 se provdala za Anatolije Sobčaka (1937–2000). Po změně režimu v Rusku se Sobčak stal starostou Petrohradu (v letech 1991–1996) a spoluautorem ruské ústavy.
