Jane Spencer, Baroness Churchill VA (née Conyngham; 1 June 1826 – 24 December 1900) was an English aristocrat and companion of Queen Victoria. From 1854 to her death, Churchill served as a Lady of the Bedchamber to Victoria; this made her the longest serving member of the queen's personal household.
Jane’s paternal grandmother, The Marchioness of Conyngham (born Elizabeth Denison), was the longtime mistress of King George IV and wielded a great amount of power in the royal court. Upon the King’s death in 1830, he bequeathed all of his plate and jewellery to Elizabeth, but she refused it.
