Peter Vok of Rosenberg (Czech: Petr Vok z Rožmberka; 1 October 1539 – 6 November 1611) was a Czech nobleman of the House of Rosenberg, descended from the Vítkovci. Rožmberk was a leading Protestant in the unsettled years before Battle of White Mountain .
Petr Vok z Rožmberka (německy Peter Wok von Rosenberg; 1. října 1539 Český Krumlov – 6. listopadu 1611 Třeboň) byl český politik a představitel českých stavů ze šlechtického rodu Rožmberků. V nábožensky citlivém českém předbělohorském prostředí patřil k předním představitelům protestantské stavovské většiny.
William of Rosenberg is generally considered the most significant representative of the family, making the Český Krumlov area the centre of southern Bohemian cultural and political life. After William's death in 1592, his younger brother Peter Vok assumed the position of reigning lord.

In addition to his high political office, William was actively promoting science, literature, music and architecture. Both he and his younger brother Peter Vok acted as patrons of the arts. They supported the Charles University in Prague and founded secondary schools in their territories.
