Haesteinn of Nantes (823-896), also known as Hasting, was the Viking King of Upper Brittany during the late 9th century. A possible illegitimate son of Ragnarr Lodbrok, Haesteinn became a famous Viking king who ruled the areas around the Loire and Seine rivers in Brittany.
