Johann David Ludwig von Yorck, ab 1814 Graf Yorck von Wartenburg (* 26. September 1759 in Potsdam; † 4. Oktober 1830 in Klein Öls, Landkreis Oels) war ein preußischer Feldmarschall, Diplomat und Befreiungskämpfer. Ohne Ermächtigung des Königs Friedrich Wilhelm III.
Der Sohn des Generalfeldmarschalls, Ludwig Yorck von Wartenburg (1804–1865), war mit Bertha von Brause, der Tochter des Direktors der Allgemeinen Kriegsschule, Johann Georg Emil von Brause, verheiratet und gehörte zu den Mitbegründern der Altliberalen Partei.
