Edmund Beaufort ( 1406 – St Albans, 22 maggio 1455) fu un comandante militare inglese, secondo duca di Somerset e primo conte di Dorset .
Uomo politico e generale (n. 1406 circa - m. St. Albans 1455); figlio di John, 1º conte di S., nipote di John di Gaunt, duca di Lancaster. Nel 1432 fu tra gli inviati al Concilio di Basilea; combatté poi nelle guerre in Francia (1440, presa di Harfleur).

Edmund Beaufort fu un comandante militare inglese, secondo duca di Somerset e primo conte di Dorset.
Era figlio di Edmund Beaufort, II duca di Somerset e di Eleanor Beauchamp. Divenne erede del ducato di Somerset alla morte del fratello maggiore Henry nel 1464. Il titolo tuttavia era stato perso da Henry durante il regno di Edoardo IV d'Inghilterra.
I suoi titoli furono confiscati con una legge del Parlamento, ma suo fratello Edmund Beaufort (1439-1471) divenne duca di Somerset. Dopo la battaglia di Tewkesbury (4 maggio 1471), fuggì e si rifugiò nell'Abbazia di Tewkesbury. Venne decapitato dai Yorkisti, e sepolto nella chiesa abbaziale.
