La principessa Louise Maximilienne Caroline Emmanuelle di Stolberg-Gedern (Mons, 20 settembre 1752 – Firenze, 29 gennaio 1824), più nota nella storia della letteratura con il titolo di contessa d'Albany, è stata un'intellettuale di origine tedesca attiva nei salotti romani, fiorentini e parigini.
Ad ella, nominata duchessa d'Albany, lo zio cardinale Enrico Benedetto Stuart volle dedicare un monumento sepolcrale che fu eretto dall'architetto Giovanni Battista Martinelli e decorato dallo scultore Giacomo De Maria nella chiesa scomparsa di S. Biagio. I resti di Charlotte Stuart furono poi traslati nella vicina chiesa della SS.
