Jean-Charles Pichegru (Les Planches-près-Arbois, 16 februari 1761 – Parijs, 15 april 1804) was een Franse generaal, die vooral bekend is omdat hij eind 1794, begin 1795 de Republiek der Zeven Verenigde Nederlanden bezette, samen met de brigadegeneraals Jan Willem de Winter en Herman Willem Daendels.
Charles Pichegru was a general of the French Revolutionary Wars who played a leading role in the conquest of the Austrian Netherlands and Holland (1794–95); he subsequently ruined his reputation by conspiring with counterrevolutionaries (1795) and against Napoleon Bonaparte (1804).
