Christina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna of Fogelvik (Swedish: Kristina or Kerstin: 1494 – January 1559, Hörningsholm Castle) was a Swedish noblewoman. She was married to the Swedish regent Sten Sture the Younger, and led the Swedish resistance against Christian II of Denmark after the death of her spouse.

Christina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna (auch: Kristina; * 1494/95; † Januar 1559) war eine schwedische Adlige und Ehefrau des Reichsverwesers Sten Sture des Jüngeren. Nach dessen Tod setzte sie den Widerstand gegen Christian II. fort.

Kristina Nilsdotter Gyllenstierna was a member of the upper nobility who exerted significant political power during her lifetime. To posterity she is largely remembered as the defender of Stockholm around the time that King Christian II of the Kalmar Union attempted to conquer the city in 1520.
