Marie Sophie Charlotte de La Tour d'Auvergne (Parigi, 20 dicembre 1729 – Lunéville, 6 settembre 1763) è stata una nobildonna francese e membro del Casato di La Tour d'Auvergne. Marie Charlotte de La Tour d'Auvergne (Marie Sophie Charlotte; 20 December 1729, Paris – 6 September 1763), was a French noblewoman and member of the House of La Tour d'Auvergne. Married into the House of Beauvau, a powerful family originating in Anjou, she had a daughter at the age twenty, and died of smallpox [1] at the age of thirty three.
Another son, Frédéric-Jules, Prince d'Auvergne (1672–1733), married an Irish adventuress. Charles Godefroy de La Tour d'Auvergne (1706–1771) was Emmanuel-Théodose's son and the 5th Duke of Bouillon. His wife was his brother's widow, Maria Karolina Sobieska, the granddaughter of King John Sobieski of Poland.

Il loro nipote Henri de La Tour d'Auvergne (1555–1623), è ricordato come un fedele seguace della causa ugonotta di Enrico IV e Maresciallo di Francia. La sua prima moglie fu Charlotte de La Marck erede del Principato di Sedan e del Ducato di Bouillon.
