S1.E16 ∙ The Long Night. Mike Dunbar discovers evidence that would free a convicted killer awaiting execution. The telegraph key in Wichita is malfunctioning, however, and Mike frets that it won't be repaired in time to send word to Salinas before the execution takes place.
