After several months of tense confrontations between Black liberation group MOVE and Philadelphia police, city officials decide to drop a bomb on the group's headquarters, killing most of its members and leaving several other citizens homeless.
Despite Texas' rich and diverse history, in 2015 the city of Houston falls prey to a string of lethal armored car robberies, striking terror in the streets; investigators must pull off an elaborate sting to bring the perpetrators to justice.
