Pons appeared in the first episode of MTV's horror TV series, Scream, in which she was the season's first victim of Ghostface. She has starred in a number of music videos, including "Havana" by Camila Cabello, and "Downtown" by Anitta and J Balvin.
The five-episode series follows Venezuelan-American entertainer Lele Pons' battles with mental health issues, specifically centering on her Tourette syndrome and obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). Pons was first diagnosed with OCD in 2010 when she was thirteen and living in Miami, Florida.
