Joos (o Joost) van Cleve (van Beke) (Kleve, 1485 – Anversa, 1540) è stato un pittore fiammingo. Fu tra i principali artefici della scuola di Anversa, che grazie ai suoi numerosi viaggi arricchì di stilemi eclettici, derivati da molti modelli figurativi dell'arte europea.
Joos van Cleve (/ ˈ k l eɪ v ə /; also Joos van der Beke; c. 1485–1490 – 1540/1541) was a leading painter active in Antwerp from his arrival there around 1511 until his death in 1540 or 1541.
In 1519, 1520, and 1525 he was co-deacon of the guild and is listed as presenting pupils in 1516, 1523, 1535, and 1536. Joos van Cleve's skill as a portraitist caused him to be summoned to the court of Francis I of France where he depicted the king and queen and other members of the court.
